Our customer care team has over 17 years flooring experience dealing with all different types of flooring issues. Our remedial floor layers have over 45 years’ experience in laying all types of flooring and they hold a wealth of knowledge. Your defect will be issued by the builder which will then be allocated to a dedicated customer care advisor. They will book your appointments, provide guidance on how the works will be carried out and they will also follow up with you on completion of works to ensure you are happy.
We have a team of site inspectors who work extremely closely with the customer care team, they will attend your property prior to completion but they are also on hand to provide inspections following legal completion, should it be needed. Communication is key and we will keep you up to date on each stage of the process.
We aim to contact all customers within 48 hours of receiving the defect and we aim to complete works to your property within 14 working days.

Do you need heating and power to install the flooring?
Yes, we require you to have heating and power to adhere to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
Do you provide a fitting warranty?
Yes, we provide a 2-year warranty from the date of legal completion for any fitting issues.
My cushion flooring has bubbled, is this normal?
Yes, this is completely normal when moving into a new build property, due to temperature changes and settlement within the property itself.
Do you install on weekends?
Yes we do, we are available to install 7 days a week on the builders/contractors authorisation.
